The Euromicro Conference on Digital System Design (DSD 2021) and Euromicro Conference on Software Engineering and Advanced Applications (SEAA 2021) took place simultaneously from September 1 to 3, 2021. The conferences cover trends in embedded, high-performance, and cyber-physical applications, hardware/software code design, software engineering, and advanced applications in information technology for software-intensive systems. Both conferences took place virtually due to the events caused by COVID-19.
The paper entitled “Assessing Coding Metrics for Parallel Programming of Stream Processing Programs on Multi-cores” was presented at SEAA 2021 by GMAP Ph.D. student Gabriella Andrade. The work was advised by Dr. Luiz Gustavo Fernandes and co-advised by Dr. Dalvan Griebler. In addition, it had the collaboration of Dr. Rodrigo Santos from UNIRIO and Dr. Marco Danelutto from the University of Pisa.
