GMAP members Adriano Marques Garcia, Dalvan Griebler, and Luiz Gustavo Fernandes, together with co-authors Matheus Serpa (UFRGS), Claudio Schepke (UNIPAMPA) and Philippe Navaux (UFRGS) won the best paper award at the 20th International Conference on Computational Science and its Applications (ICCSA 2020). The event took place from 1 to 4 July in the city of Cagliari, Italy, and participation was completely online. The title of the work is “The Impact of CPU Frequency Scaling on Computing Infrastructures” and was presented by the main author Adriano M. Garcia, a Ph.D. student at GMAP.
